New Consumer Resources on Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs) Now Available!

Avisery recently published several new resources designed to help professionals explain Illinois' new Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans to consumers. At our new D-SNP Consumer Materials link, professionals can find: 

• An unbranded Powerpoint slide deck explaining D-SNPs at a consumer level that professionals can incorporate into a longer Medicare or benefits presentation and/or use in a one-on-one session with a client or patient;
• A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document that provides answers to common questions a client or patient may have regarding the new D-SNPs;
• A one page outreach flyer targeting current members of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Community MMAI plan letting them know their plan is ending and directing them to seek further assistance. This is a Word template that can be edited to include your organization's contact information.  

Avisery has also gathered links to the member handbooks and other plan materials for the four Illinois D-SNP plans. Professionals can find those links here.
